Some land is negative because ghosts (bhoot-pret) live there. Is there a Vastu remedy for it, or only mantras?
Such land can be corrected through Vastu too: special dhoop and samagri for removing bhoot-pret badha are taught later in the course.

Perform a havan with samagri, light a cow ghee akhand jyot in the South-East for eight days, and burn dhoop daily with Bhimseni kapoor on the lamp's upper plate; within eight days everyone starts waking up.
